As I’m handling a team of 17 and my team is working in night shift (at times) though the NSA being paid, employees are looking forward towards market standard and would be checking on the same

Sagility acquired the company I was actively working for, and I was scared they were going to change things about the job I've loved for years.
Instead, I have PTO for the first time in many years that I can use, and much more robust benefits package that I'm excited to use.
Cons
I have fewer paid holidays, but I have more flexibility with PTO.
lots of tech issues, can't miss a day it will result in a write-up. they want to to empathic to members calling in, but won't be empathic towards you. Kid was sick with hand/food/mouth disease and HR reached out to me saying job abandonment, when I personally reached out to them earlier in the week, They should have communicated within their department.
