      Pros

      Culture, culture, culture! I've worked here a month so far, and right from the start everyone was welcoming and wonderful. The employees (especially the HR team) promote an environment where you feel comfortable and supported. The company provides generous health insurance benefits, 401k matching, 3 weeks PTO, 1 week volunteer PTO, 12 paid holidays, employee referral bonuses, 8 free meals a month through Eat Club, and endless snacks and coffee! There are also many company events to help you connect with your colleagues. Overall, my experience with the company has been everything I wanted and more! I'm excited for my future here.

      I can already tell the "Sage Intacct 15" is true... So much tempting food!

      No, you, rock! :) Thank you so much for your feedback! We are extremely proud of the culture we have cultivated here at Sage Intacct. We do have to agree that the Sage Intacct 15 is true, however, thankfully you can just head downstairs and use the building gym.

      was hired as remote and get to have that honored, but have been openly told no career progression because of remote status. decent pay

      Cons

      Leadership instability: Seven manager changes during my relatively short tenure. Unrealistic targets: A sales quota set at 1,100% growth (not a typo). Slow product development: Getting anything actioned on the product side takes far too long. Product management turnover: Three product manager changes, resulting in no meaningful deliverables in over three years. Misaligned hiring priorities: Greater emphasis on DEI optics than on hiring people positioned to drive growth. Internal vs. customer focus: More energy spent on internal events than on product enhancements. Lack of accountability (the biggest issue): No one takes ownership. Responsibility gets passed around constantly — for example, client cancellations going unprocessed because they impact someone's numbers. Managers have openly encouraged pushing the work onto someone else rather than handling it.
