Leadership, product, bugs, communication, resources, everything.
Nobody knows what's going on anywhere. There is no communication between departments, and everybody seems to just do what they want. The product team has no regard for the sales, support, or success teams. No matter how much customers ask for things, you can just about guarantee nothing will happen. The focus seems to be on new bright feature and functions (which are always delayed or never released), leaving bugs and other frustrating issues waiting to be addressed.
Accounting is supposed to be the differentiator with Brightpearl. But it's not made for US accounting, so don't expect to fully replace QuickBooks.
The leadership clearly does not care about their employees. They will look you in the eye and tell you one thing, turn around and do something completely different. Not trustworthy at all.
Can't say you weren't warned.
