      Pros

      Really friendly people, The company is growing, in an interesting industry (aerospace). Good flextime scheme and group personal pension among other benefits. A small company in a big group: as an individual we can all make a difference, but we have the financial strength of a big company so we're certain to be paid!

      Pros

      Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
