      Really toxic environment, unrealistic targets, micro-management, lack of respect for employees, Not many new projects, Site in dire state, All work likely to move to France as the electronics work already moved during pandemic

      Pros

      Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
