      Merit based promotions. Employees are more valued, especially compared to most any very large company, For Example, also in Everett, Boeing Commercial Airplanes is so large and no longer has the reputation for valuing their employees.

      Cons

      Expect cyclical layoffs when economy takes downturns, however not typically as significant compared to Boeing Commercial Airplanes.

      Pros

      Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
