Pros

It would be great if I could think of any positives about the company. The only real positive is there are some really great people stuck here.

Cons

The company is always in a mode of putting out fires instead of making long-range plans and operating to them. They also try to do too many large projects at the same time and don't dedicate enough resources so people don't get burned out. Communication is terrible. We never understand what the French parent company wants.

Thank you for providing a review of your experience at Labinal Power Systems. To help us remain competitive, Labinal Power Systems promotes a culture of Continuous Improvement, which is very common in modern manufacturing. We work to improve processes and procedures daily so tomorrow is always better than today. We remain flexible in our plans so that we can adopt better processes as they are identified. Additionally, Labinal Power Systems and the Safran Group have strong long-range plans in place to ensure continued positive growth. Objectives tied to this plan are shared with Team Members twice a year and are available for review at any time. In order to strengthen the business, we must act as one team across the company and group. We continue to evolve as we work to share ideas, best practices and resources with each other and our sister companies. In order to ensure strong communications on Group objectives and projects, we promote our Intranet and central communications methods.
