      Nothing really, do not accept their offer, its a trap

      Cons

      Bureaucracy, red tape, still working like a 1900s company, hire people they don't need and then fire them without thought. Really bad people overall.

      Pros

      Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
