Basic pros required by german law. Nothing more than that.
Cons
Over time poorly paid (8 hours over time a month won't be paid, any extra than this will be paid 40% of the normal hourly wage). Trainings are only available to project managers. No budget for engineers Trainings. Many unlawful behaviors from the HR and managers who sometimes don't respect the law. Should have a good lawyer or be a member of the union before starting to work there.
