Honest opinion - Anonymous employee SafexPay Employee Review

This place is all waste of time and efforts and not at all worthy to even to give a chance. There are some very ridiculous rules. Employees are treated like slaves. Some random rule comes up every now and then, which is sent by HR on mail. If you are late or dont login before 10:45 your half day salary is deducted., such threats are given to employees. There is concept of block leaves. Probation is for 6 months. No leaves allowed in probation. Are employees not human beings.,?? No work from home allowed, even in emergency. Worst policy. Very unsystematic approach. Not at all good culture. Please dont join this company. This is a very true and genuine feedback. The organization puts people on PIP without any solid reasoning given to employees, in return, employees put papers and decide to leave the organization. The management is totally disturbed, especially senior position members. They themselves dont know where the project is heading to. Joining this organization should be the last option.
