Pros
Safeway will work with your schedule if you are going to school or need time off for something. Most of the other employees are very nice and friendly and can easily make friends.
Cons
Management. Depending on the store your manager can be great or can be a total nightmare. Lack of training for new employees Lack of screening of new employees
