Not so great since merger - Certified Pharmacy Technician Safeway Employee Review

District managers uncaring/unprofessional No one is able to figure out what's going on since the Albertson's merger. The company has started implementing policies and processes that were a part of Albertsons and do NOT work with a larger company. How can one store be completely out of bottled water but another store within the district have too much overstock? All employee services have been outsourced to other companies who will be the first to admit they do not have the ability to help. No room for growth within the company
