Wish I could stay longer

- Incredible work culture and engaged teammates - Work remotely from anywhere - Set your own schedule, high autonomy so long as you get results - Travel, family time, and vacations are encouraged - International team gatherings - Great products - Equal global pay

- Almost non-existent orientation, you need to bring your own structure - This is not a company that trains on the job - If you are not able to be highly proactive and find the answers yourself, you will struggle - Global equal pay can translate into low pay for professionals in high-cost regions - Overall, I think these cons would not apply to an established professional but they impact growing ones.
