The founder is quirky but genuinely cares about his employees and will give you the freedom to manage yourself as long as you show you can handle it. A great place for independent workers.

I've worked here over 4 years and I have every confidence I'll still be working here in another 4. I've read the other reviews on here and as a current employee with longevity here, I can say take them with a grain of salt. This is a great company to work for. We have incredible clients, co-workers and a boss who genuinely cares about you as an individual and employee.

Unbearable micro-managing Frustrating derailments of progress because the owner didn't think of the ideas first, so he has to re-invent it. Expectation to do work that's not your own for long periods of time without compensation or acknowledgment. Frequent belittlement of skills and professional worth. Also, don't tell your employees to get on GlassDoor and make positive 5 star reviews for you. It's beyond unethical. Any 5 star you see here is fake.
