We take all employee feedback seriously and want to continually provide an environment where our employees come first that is respectful and transparent.

Our goal is to not merely meet what is required by law of employers, but to structure our whole benefits package to be more generous and exceed what is required. Our PTO policy, in particular, is designed to be inclusive of any reason you may want or need to take paid time off (i.e. Sick, vacation, personal time, etc.) giving employees a lot of flexibility. During the interview process we discuss the specific expectations of the position for which you are applying. We have a number of support mechanisms in place to help manage time and the work assigned, and we continually monitor weekly hours to help avoid burnout. Additionally, Safety Partners continually works to make improvements to our benefits programs in order to best support our employees.
