      Poor culture. Poor advancement opportunities. Problems don't get fixed. Super stressful due to poor planning. No appreciation for hard work. Benefits are minimal. Looong hours.

      Pros

      Decent pay. Some genuinely nice people.

      Cons

      It is hard to know where to begin. Extremely disorganized. Everything I saw was done 1/2 way. Overall an incompetent company trying to do more than it can handle. A ton of people quit during my 18 months there including key people with tenure. My second day on the job my co worker told me to run away as far as possible. No kidding.
