Pros

None. It’s not what you did nor how you helped the company. You’re a number and Safelite treats you as such. You fired a ton of talented folks who helped you grow into what you’re now. Company has no loyalty and will dump you when they feel the need to do so.

Cons

You probably won’t be able to retire with this company because they will fire you before you are able to do so. This goes for anyone on any level in this company.

Pros

Tons of extra overtime pay, opportunity for your pay to change by 5 or 10 percent in either direction twice a year, completely free from corporate communication, bonuses will be held and never paid out so you dont have to worry about saving it yourself! Cheers to the belron "thank you" (more like a belron "screw you") they gave us years ago and I never saw a dime of before I left.

Cons

Surprise! Six day weeks. Maybe 7 we dont know. Whoops all loaned out to other shops, little to no warning or planning You dont matter to anyone in your chain of command They want you to feel like you can talk to them.. but not to actually do it. No follow up from management, everything is out of their hands and yadda yadda yadda
