      Pros

      Worked with a lot of great people and for a company that has a positive public perception in a huge market.

      Cons

      Management turnover is NEVER ENDING. There are many more managers lacking leadership skills than not. Seemingly never ending pay-scale changes. (I worked there through 3) Work/life balance is NOT GOOD for someone with a family.

      Work from home Training throughout

      Cons

      Micromanagement If we get pulled into a meeting it usually comes with some sort of write up, even if doing well and good KPI , they consistently will find a reason for issues with performance. Feeling stuck, if you have even 1 negative performance review you cannot move to full time or request a role change within the company.
