Pros

Very self-focused work, good training, hands on, a lot to learn but in a good way, good work environment, great hours, good pay, a lot of room to grow.

Cons

The honest to god worst benefits ever! Roughly no holiday days, vacation is denied frequently and often, you're an easily replaceable pawn, they don't care what happens in your personal life they expect you to show up every day with no questions ask, way too much of your work and pay are based on elements out of your control, way too much work with no time to rest, you're denied break most days due to how much they overschedule you. 0 empathy from anyone at all, I lost my car due to a car crash and was expected to show up the next day no questions asked.

Pros

Tons of extra overtime pay, opportunity for your pay to change by 5 or 10 percent in either direction twice a year, completely free from corporate communication, bonuses will be held and never paid out so you dont have to worry about saving it yourself! Cheers to the belron "thank you" (more like a belron "screw you") they gave us years ago and I never saw a dime of before I left.

Cons

Surprise! Six day weeks. Maybe 7 we dont know. Whoops all loaned out to other shops, little to no warning or planning You dont matter to anyone in your chain of command They want you to feel like you can talk to them.. but not to actually do it. No follow up from management, everything is out of their hands and yadda yadda yadda
