Pros
Sometimes you interview somewhere and later realize that the company your HR recruiter talked about is very different than the company you end up working for. That has NOT been the case here. I feel excited to come to work every day! Good work/life balance, pay and PTO are great.
Cons
Many people work remotely so there isn't as much chance to interact with other people if they aren't on your team.
