Pros

To the management's merit, I'll admit locating the office in Herzliya, a relatively main and accessible city is a good decision.

Cons

# Copy-cat product, competing with solutions developed by some of the world's leading data-security enterprises. As a result, one prominent client is the government of one of Africa's many anti-human-rights dictatorships. # Badly implemented solution. Due to a high churn rate of developers leaving about 1-2 devs for full-time development at any given moment, the product is slow to formulate and is of shoddy quality when released. More time is spent by the devs acting as customer support (or, at least, backing the actual CS person) than actually developing. Also, causing clientele loss. # Disengaged management. I can't remember one time when the whole company (~20 people, not exactly an international enterprise) got together to have the top-brass lay out a roadmap or at the very least talk about prospects coming. # Shoddy ownership. The company was on the brink of financial ruin (probably still is, operating costs are higher than income) and despite its meager valuation tried going IPO, which failed. Two months later the company IPO-ed privately backed by a single, anonymous, stock holder, that paid an exuberant price by any valuation. A single, private, stock holder paying a premium on a money-losing company? Fishy!
