1) Constant layoffs, many productive and smart employees have left or have been forced out 2) Very Texas centric - Krakow and Bangalore are low cost cheap labor back offices and nothing more 3) Senior management changes every other year and so does the strategy and direction, often employees hired during the previous management regime are let go 4) The company is bleeding money and fast losing to more agile and focused competitors
