Pros

Its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and employee well-being sets it apart. The culture encourages collaboration and personal growth, fostering a sense of belonging and purpose, with training provided in person or via a portal for learning at your own pace. With a strong emphasis on environmental responsibility, SYNETIQ's dedication to recycling and sustainability makes it a meaningful workplace for those who care about the planet. Moreover, its dynamic and forward-thinking approach keeps employees engaged and excited about the future.

Pros

No pros - It’s a terrible company across the board

Cons

If I could give a 1 star then I would. Avoid this company at all costs. No training from day 1 and you are left on your own to figure things out The worst management I’ve ever experienced in my working career. Toxic and dismissive. All they do is ignore calls and emails, and refuse to address the increasing issues across the sites. Very unsafe practises on the yards. Health and safety is not a priority and duty of care does not exist. Hard working people are exploited and lazy people seem to be favoured. If you have good work ethics, you will have more out on you. The staff facilities are non existent. Filthy offfices, disgusting toilets with no toilet paper or soap to clean your hands. Customers collecting vehicles on site progressively getting more and more aggressive due to constant damage being done to vehicles, and management refuse to resolve issues. You’re promised the world in interview and get nothing. Minimum wage is terrible for the work you are expected to do.
