Workplace injuries very frequent mostly thanks to how warehouse loads the trucks Absolutely no work life balance Expect to work every holiday especially Christmas and Thanksgiving When their janky equipment breaks and fails your day just got 6 hours longer waiting on a tow truck rather than send their in house mechanics to fix it when you are 15 minutes away from shop Potential growth at this company is zero The routing has gotten absolutely horrible. There is nothing to look forward to. NO PENSION. Forced to work every weekend no matter if you have 30+ years at this company Warehouse people hide cases for fun and you are expected to find it and return it later in the route These people do not care about your time off. They do not care about your safety. As long as they don't get caught on the news or in court for their misconduct they do not care. They found a loop hole to not pay over time. Did I mention weekly mandatory over time yet? They lose store keys regularly and then expect you to wait 8 hours until the store opens to gain access Expect to monitor your pay weekly as payroll is notorious for shorting checks If you have a disability or get injured on the job they will do everything in their power to deny your claims and time off They violate OSHA, ADA, FMLA and EEOC laws on a daily basis.
