Loads always late, equipment issues, and trailers are never loaded properly. Pallets are stacked to high which causes them to lean and tilt over and also damages product which gets blamed on the driver. Other drivers don’t write up equipment either so you’ll get stuck with a bad truck, trailer, or reefer unit.
