The product-market fit in multifamily and commercial EV charging is compelling, and there is meaningful opportunity to build net-new pipeline and own large territories. The role provides exposure to both hardware and SaaS, which is valuable experience. There are also talented, hardworking colleagues who genuinely care about the mission.

Operational and supply chain challenges frequently impact client relationships and create unnecessary friction for the sales team. Internal communication can be inconsistent, and expectations around territory ownership and commission structure are not always clearly defined. Escalations tend to be handled reactively rather than proactively, which can put frontline teams in difficult situations. There is limited structured enablement, and sales processes can feel undefined at times.
