Upper management have absolutely no clue about the atmosphere here. It was a great company like 15 - 20 years ago, now the benefits have gone down, HR policies have become like dictatorship. The company does a lot of PR and there is a lot of buzz about transparency, employees first etc. on the outside but thats purely preaching, the culture is totally different.
