      Pros

      Office location is great, free car parking, staff are friendly enough. If you are male there is opportunity to advance yourself doing Railway courses.

      Cons

      Management think it's ok to speak down (or shout) at you Static pay (no pay increase) To much deadwood, that sit about to sweet FA & get away with it, whilst hard workers get pulled up constantly No opportunities if you are female If your "family or friends" or your face fits you will get on in here Departments don't work together (defo a them & us culture)

      Pros

      Good working environment, with facilities for climbing company. Good housekeeping in workplaces. The staff cares for carrying forward the objectives of the company.

      Cons

      Offer more training opportunities to employees. Whether everyone has their position in the company, it should provide different options to employees to grow in the company.
