The focus and international touch makes the company dynamic and fast paced and the US operation is supported by a factory that is great competitive advantage
Cons
Smaller company means less possible positions that limits the career choices. Sales office in Atlanta and factory in Tulsa also make it hard to move career path within the company - as it involves a substantial geographic move.
