Pros
There are some great individuals and good teams. Career Opportunities are good but only because the senior people keep leaving so there are chances to get promoted earlier than in other companies. You can get a good payrise if they need to retain you.
Cons
Re-shuffles and redundancies seem to be all the Leadership Team do - its like rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic. The UK is following the "Sweco Model" but the leadership don't understand how to make it work and refuse to listen to the staff who want to put the clients first. Instead they are obsessed with Billing Ratio. The result is the best managers have already left and clients are following them out the door. When I left the pipeline wasn't looking great. I had to get out for my health, but others had been there for much longer and were are hanging on for a redundancy payment.
