Inexperienced, arrogant CEO in China.
Vision for company seems to change every other month.
Inexperienced, incompetent and/or unstable management in many departments (not all, but most).
Complete lack of accountability of management.
Understaffed at every level.
Politics pervasive at every level.
Constant employee turnover.
Lack of job security.
Horrible employee morale here.
Quarterly (seriously) reviews for employees (except anyone in a management role, they have carte blanche).
Incredibly cheap (how about bringing in lunch for mandatory all-hands meetings once in a while?)
