Pros

Work remotely. Have the freedom to have flexible hours.

Cons

Poorly managed by leadership team. They say they want to be a family and have a close group of people. But they only focus on the executive team. They blindly layoff employees because business is "slow". So instead of trying to build business they just cut people after making terrible hiring decisions (they over hire frequently). They also use the phrase "needs of the company" but have issues providing what is needed to keep the company in a stable position to keep employees. Only way to move up in the company is to be there for an extensive amount of time. Unless you are outsourced to a company, your focus will change weekly or daily in recruiting. This makes it extremely difficult to fill positions you are working on.

Pros

Remote, independent work, commissions based on hires

Cons

Poor senior management. The new hire experience is like moving to a new high-school your senior year. Management does not provide resources to new hires to improve their skill set, and you will be shuffled from projects you are extremely successful on to ones where everyone is struggling to source candidates for, and then you will be blamed for your shortcomings despite finding success elsewhere. They are also known for letting go of some of their best project managers/sales leads to “cut costs” while 5-6 year sandbagging recruiters do the bare minimum and keep their job as a personality hire. If you do choose to work here - do the bare minimum and try to appeal to senior staff.
