Pros
Working for STRIVE Prep is inpiring. We work with hundreds of children who have very difficult lives. Teachers here really fight for them, our goal is to support them so each one of our kids can go to college. This year or first class will graduate and 90% are already accepted in different colleges. The staff is great. It's a very safe place to work.
Cons
There are too many changes too frequently. It's hard to get used to something because they change it all the time. Schedules, rules, grading policies, and so on. It's more than a full time job and sometimes it's hard to find a balance in your life.
