4yWe appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback! Our current and former employees’ feedback is valued, as we are constantly looking for ways to improve. Thank you for noticing our onboarding and training program – it’s something we’ve worked hard on perfecting and it’s been a great success. We also enjoy celebrating our employees, virtually and in-person, and glad to hear this is something that stood out to you during your time with us. We’ve learned what we can do even better in the future through our IT migration and your feedback on your pod’s relationship is also very helpful. We are currently focused on providing more training opportunities to management as well as creating events and programs to increase interaction across pods.
