Pros
Was somewhat flexible about work hours. Did offer some ability to learn new skills and continue education.
Cons
Management does not really care about individuals as long as you do what they want you do do. Reviews do not reflect the actual success and work ethic of employee. Can go way above call of duty and still only get average review and very little pay raise.
