Pros
I'm not sure there are any pro's...most of the folks who are not in management are wonderful people, but management is a complete debacle with limited potential.
Cons
No opportunity for upward mobility, zero internal support and product development, minimal training or support for sales force, inexperienced leadership, unclear company direction, compensation packages that are unjustified compared to day-to-day duties and responsibilities, terrible work/life balance and unrealistic expectations. Only consider Steris if its a last resort and you've exhausted all other job searches.
