      There are no Pros of working at STEPapp.

      Cons

      - The company has not paid full salaries to their employees for more than 1 year, and has given no clarity to them about when they will pay. - Work culture is highly toxic. The CEO, Praveen Tyagi, has a habit of insulting and abusing anyone and everyone in public. Work hours mean nothing, Sundays and holidays mean nothing. - The company has no strategy and no business intelligence. It is a directionless engine fuelled by one man's ego. All business decisions are made at whims and fancies without using any research or deep diving. The company has no future. - There is gender discrimination and senior management makes creepy advances towards female employees i.e sexual assault is the norm.

      No pros. If you by chance join as developer you will be placed under a idiot who knows nothing and will make your life hell

      Cons

      Everything is wrong with this company. If you join as a developer, you won’t be paid salary on time. You won’t have any leaves. Each holiday you take will be deducted from your salary. The tech head here doesn’t know anything and will make your life hell. Also, there is a hire and fire policy. So if you check anywhere, you won’t find any development team Refrain from joining this company.

      None, it's lala company, nothing good to talk about.

      Cons

      They don't pay you. You have to wait for 3 months to get your first month salary. Top management wants you to lure them with get at upper level. Worst company for anyone.
