Cons
Extremely high turnover means few of those great people stayed. Directors say the right buzzwords, but teachers are still not given the resources and supports they actually ask for to better meet students' needs. The school's motto is "never stop innovating," but people who suggest improvements to the system are either ignored or end up non-renewed.
Administration completely turned over in every single position, at every level, up to and including the executive director during my time there. Nothing changed, nothing improved. If anything, the problems got worse. It's not any one person; there is an ongoing systemic failure in the culture of their leadership.
