Pros
STEF invest a lot on pepiniere/trainee program. They care about the development plan and focus on development both hard and soft skills. I think it´s a great starting point for a creer in Logistics/transportation.
Cons
Work/life balance should be improved. Also I think that even though Pepinere/trainee program is an excelent way to start your career, the future development is a bit slow in STEF. Also the salaries are not very competitive for middle management positions
