Honestly there didn't fill like any pros.
Cons
Start with a crappy subcontractor that cannot understand state labor laws. Follow by a management team that are in 2 separate location. That think by bring in a Expert to improve communication is going to fix things when its the management can't understand things are moving and changing and can not accept change. Require that we get some one else to approve something over and over again that we should already have access to after months of being here. That they hold all the keys to to the kingdom and they are the only ones that know what is going on. Asking for assisting or even asking for feed back on something that about several times is just muted and no response is ever given for weeks on end. Plus the it's our way or the highway mentality doesn't benefit any one.
