Pros
STAR offers very competitive wages along with a yearly bonus based on how well the company does each year. STAR also offers an ESOP plan to all employees and is willing to pay for your continuing education. Outside of pay and benefits, the management team truly cares about their employees and their growth. If you don't do well in this environment you simply are not taking advantage of everything that is being offered.
Cons
STAR is a family business, because of this if you have aspirations of becoming CEO STAR probably isn't the place for you. STAR is also located in Fort Wayne which is a VERY affordable place to live but not a fun place to live.
