- they nearly have a monopoly on the drawn arc stud industry and they know it so they implement cost savings measures where ever possible
- went though 3 rounds of layoffs during my 4 years there and just heard they had another round
- all their veteran talent will be retired, take new jobs, or be laid off within the next 5 years
- could care less about the end customer
