Challenging & Exciting Tech: Working on Android, iOS, and TV apps has been a fantastic learning curve. The platform is evolving quickly, and I’ve had the chance to work on everything from optimizing streaming performance to creating seamless multi-device experiences. Ownership & Growth: Unlike bigger corporations where roles are rigid, here you get real ownership of modules, features, and problem-solving. My ideas were valued and implemented, which gave me both confidence and growth. Supportive Team & Leadership: The leadership is approachable, vision-driven, and genuinely supportive. The team feels like a family, open to brainstorming, experimenting, and pushing creative boundaries. Work Culture: Flexible environment, startup energy, and a strong focus on learning. The content selection reflects deep authenticity and cultural soulfulness. One of the best aspects is the working culture—where tech, marketing, research, and content teams remain highly accessible to each other. This seamless collaboration allows us to take collective decisions more quickly and effectively.

Our brand positioning has largely evolved as a regional language-focused company. However, our content curation lacks a pan-India appeal, and the balance between rural and urban audiences remains under-optimized.
