If you interview here, really ask them how many people have been fired, let go, or have quit in the last five years - Leadership prioritizes client contracts over employee well-being, allowing clients to mistreat or overwork employees without intervention -Constantly over budget and behind schedule, with leadership willfully misleading clients about progress - Safety and discrimination concerns raised by employees are ignored or mishandled - Retaliation for speaking up — leadership does not protect employees who raise valid issues - Company has no problem hiring and quickly letting people go when leadership’s poor planning catches up with them
