Pros

Very good benefit package. Free covered parking.

Cons

Hopefully this won’t get deleted but people should know what they’re signing up for: intense pressure for perfection. C-Suite ignores awful management at lower levels. Turnover is very high in the HQ office. Employees are overworked and their requests for help are often ignored. Lots of people taking mental health leave. New deals are pushed forward with no map as to how things will be executed by the worker bees. Money over people every time.

Overall: Cooperative teams dedicated to building better processes and achieving personal growth. This company has the benefits of a software company with the complexity and pace of a development firm. Leadership: Very sharp and creative problem solvers. Managers: Effective and personable with realistic expectations Culture: Many opportunities to connect with others through formal recognition programs, group chats, team lunches, and company events. The Work: Complex and engaging with a focus on AI enhancements. The Office: Hybrid work environment, beautiful office stocked with snacks and drinks. The People: A warm and friendly group. They appear to work hard while still deeply valuing and honoring their personal lives.

Cons

Cons: If you, as an employee, aren't able to grow and adapt quickly along with this fast growing company, you many have a hard time keeping up. This company is built for people who love a challenge, embrace change as an opportunity to refine, and aren't afraid to bring new ideas to the table.
