Nice coworker and supervisor but low pay - Supply Chain Specialist SSR Motorsports Employee Review

Great management and company is growing well.

Benefits are limit and need improvements. No other issue.

They are in socal, they make motorcycles and electric bicycles/scooters.

Management micromanages, don't listen to facts related to what I was hired to do (feels they are opinions), Communications are vague, employees who speak Chinese given preferential treatment over others, high turn over, low morale, unclean inside, terrible company policies, people who don't understand motorcycles making motorcycle decisions.
