      Good options for work-life balance if you're hourly. A good place for new grads to get experience with GIS before going somewhere else.

      Cons

      Little to no options for career advancement, management prefers to hire outsiders than promote from within. Often given impossible deadlines with no resources. Management more concerned with holding meetings than solving problems.

      Great opportunities, yearly raises for every employee, encouraged to move up, constantly internally promoting.

      Cons

      I dont have any complaints.

      Pros

      Started as a family environment, became just a number at a company. Employs great talent, but has trouble keeping them. Sick leave was not included in PTO

      Cons

      Benefits weren't great to start with, then became worse over the years. Nepotism. Hard to advance career, very limited roles.
