I didn't realize how good I had it until I started talking to my friends about where they work. It's definitely not perfect, but we are in the right markets at the right time and management is properly leveraging that position. The CEO has done an excellent job of setting expectations for moving into our next phase of growth from meaningful DEI and corporate responsibility efforts to an aggressive M&A and technology strategy. Management is very transparent with employees, even when there is a hard answer. They are working on very exciting projects. The growth is creating good opportunities for advancement. They recently proactively gave a significant market adjustment to employees as well as an off-cycle adjustment when it was clear inflation was accellerating.
