Till recently, has been a great place to work. Good benefits, every other weekend off, good work environment. High moral of employees.
Cons
Reduction of the number of employees and an increase in the work load has lowered moral and the quality of patient care. 6 day work weeks with zero tolerance for overtime. Company cares little about employee family life.
