Pros
Great work environment with growth opportunities. I work with very compassionate staff that work together as a team to manage patient care. I am currently working with ambulance transportation invoices that I research to assist in managing the bottom dollar. I coordinate best practices within the Case Management team and assist all department units as needed.
Cons
In all honesty, I don't have any cons about working here at St. Mary's Health Center. The only thing that may come to mind is the fact that the Franciscan Sisters are no longer on campus and they always inspired all staff which is a wonderful support system.
